1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.

Assessment Data: Your responses to the Spiritual Assessment quiz, including intentions, challenges, preferred modalities, and optionally your birth data (date, time, location).

Usage Data: How you interact with the app — features used, content viewed, session duration. Collected for product improvement.

Journal Entries: Any text you write in the journaling feature. These are encrypted and stored securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To personalize your experience (archetype, daily guidance, soul actions)
• To deliver the Service and communicate with you about your account
• To improve Lumora through anonymized, aggregated usage analytics
• To process payments (via our payment processor)
• To send you optional marketing emails (which you can unsubscribe from at any time)

3. What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties
• We never share your journal entries with anyone
• We never use your birth data for purposes outside of Lumora
• We never send push notifications designed to create anxiety or urgency

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Journal entries receive additional encryption. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for data storage with row-level security policies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication and database
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Resend: Transactional and marketing emails
• Meta Pixel: Advertising analytics (consent-gated)
• Sentry: Error monitoring

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, which you can accept or decline via our cookie consent banner. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Lumora is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
