By accessing or using Lumora (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lumora provides personalized spiritual guidance, astrology-based insights, journaling prompts, and wellness practices. The Service is intended for personal growth and self-reflection purposes only. Lumora is not a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, or mental health treatment.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lumora. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Lumora offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, and software within Lumora are the property of Lumora and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. User Content

Journal entries, mood logs, and other user-generated content remain your property. By using the Service, you grant Lumora a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We will never sell or share your personal journal entries.

7. Disclaimers

Lumora provides spiritual and astrological content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Astrology readings and archetype assessments are not scientific diagnoses. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
